About this home
This luxury vacation villa, has been recently-redesigned and enjoys a masterpiece of an interior. Originally one of the area’s original beach bungalows. Now it is becoming a luxury vacation favorite because of a combination of its proximity to the beach, its distance from other homes, and its capacity to sleep up to 10 guests.
This villa enjoys air conditioning in all the bedrooms and wifi throughout. You will absolutely love this Villa and all the extras added during the recent redesign project. No expense has been spared to ensure your vacationing comfort. The Villa caretaker lives in the small house just inside the property's entrance.
The upstairs master suite is nothing short of magnificent. The Chef-ready kitchen has everything you need and then some. The ocean view patio that is accessed from the living space is exceptional. This home comes with an array of beach toys and guests may enjoy the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler and the beach umbrellas. There is a grocery market and there are several restaurants in Playa Grande, about 10 minutes from the house. At low tide you can literally walk the beaches for hours starting just outside your back door.
