Presenting this luxurious, 6 bedroom six and a half bathroom oceanfront villa boasting 2 master suites, two large king suites, and two guest suites both with double queen beds! Each of our beautiful bedrooms enjoys the comfort of en-suite bathrooms, TV’s, and top of the line decor, furnishings, and linens. The location is exceptional tucked away in a high end gated, secure community.
The living area is anchored by the chef-quality, large gourmet kitchen, large areas for entertaining, While the interior of the home is stunning the outside is world-class. The custom, infinity-edge pool (with 8 person jacuzzi), copious outdoor spaces, and “on the beach” access to both Tamarindo and Langosta beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and taking a beach walk down some of our local beachfront bars and dining.
You can't beat the location of this villa with its vantage point looking out to Tamarindo Bay), with its immediate beach access and a 1-minute stroll down our private path to the best part of Tamarindo beach. A two-minute walk down the other private path puts you onto either directly onto Playa Langosta white sandy beach. It just doesn't get better than this.
The town is a short walk (10-12 minutes on the beach)
