Presenting this magnificent oceanfront luxury 5-bedroom vacation villa. A magnificent home, with 4 bathrooms and 2 half-bathrooms as well as a private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a water slide . The pool is anchored by a wonderful deck set with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
With the ability to accommodate up to ten guests this luxury villa is perfect for a large family wanting understated luxury as well as a five star beach location. Each of the bedrooms enjoy a TV and a private bath, air conditioning and fans.
The recent addition of a Cabana slightly above the main house, adds to the beach estate feel of this residence. This separate apartment has a with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. Collectively the main house and apartment will accommodate up to 12 guests. 12 guests.
A recent addition is the roof deck above the apartment with a sink, wine fridge, bean bag-style chairs and spectacular ocean views. This deck is available to all guests, whether they rent the the main house or apartment.
Located on Flamingo’s North Ridge, a short stroll from the beautiful Flamingo Beach. Several exceptional restaurants are within walking distance, including Angelina’s and Marie’s.
Flamingo is famous for its clear skies and temperate weather, with sea breezes that cool the landscape and enchanting sunsets. Playa Flamingo is considered one of the finest and most scenic white-sand beaches in Costa Rica.
This exceptional vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, BBQ grill, phone, cable TV, high-speed internet. The furniture is new, a washer and dryer are available, and all towels and household linens are provided.
