About this home
Renovated tri-level townhouse has a laid-back, welcoming Florida Keys vibe, pristine decor, sleek new kitchen and baths, and a lovely view of the marina and tropical gardens.
From the entry foyer, a flight of stairs takes you up to the 2nd floor main living level where you are greeted with soothing tropical color and comfortable island furnishings. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
The lustrous new white cabinetry is topped with perfect complementary quartz counters and features stainless appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 for an enjoyable sit-down meal or, for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun-in-the-sun, the breakfast bar has seating for three.
The living room boasts a large, flatscreen TV, a comfortable sofa, a love seat, a side chair, and an open floor plan to the dining area. Step outside into the screened patio for a relaxing after dinner aperitif and enjoy the peaceful marina view as the boats return to the harbor. Or, if a little after-dinner activity is in order, a spiral staircase leads from the screened porch down to the brick-paved pathway and to the clubhouse pool, grotto spa, and game room.
