About this home
Marathon lovely vacation home getaway. The homes private dock provides guests with easy access to fishing and lobstering less than 15 minutes away by boat to the bay and 30-35 minutes out to to deep water. While the home interior is excellent its the outdoor area with its furnished deck where you will enjoy the sunshine and grill up the fresh catch of the day. There is plenty of seating for everyone when dining alfresco and watch the sunset reflect off of the calm canal waters below.
The indoor kitchen enjoys modern top of the line appliances, beautiful countertops, and island seating and the adjacent living area boasts plush furnishings and a large TV to keep everyone entertained as the sun goes down.
Dock details: The private dock on the deepwater canal is 75-feet long.
