This coveted boutique retreat consists of 3 individual cottages - Enjoy the relaxing, tropical outdoor area that features a plunge pool with a water feature and an outdoor dining area. The Space offers a perfect retreat for large groups looking to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. The private and secluded outdoor area offers a private dipping pool with a soothing water feature, all-new outdoor furniture, and pool loungers. Spend your time outdoors with family and friends in this wonderful tropical setting, day or night. Each bedroom offers large flat-screen Smart TVs, bedside lighting with charging outlets, full-length mirrors, and comfortable Queen beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The quiet, split-unit air conditioners will keep you cool throughout the night. The living areas for these 3 units offer barstool seating, kitchenettes with mini-fridges to keep your beverages cool, and microwaves to heat leftovers. The spacious and eloquently designed bathrooms boast tasteful decor and offer granite vanities and newly tiled walk-in showers. LOCATION: Located right in the heart of the Historic Seaport District, you are within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants such as Conch Republic Bar & Grille, Kermit's Key lime Shoppe, Schooner Wharf, Dante's Pool Bar, Halfshell Rawbar, A&B Lobster House, and Waterfront Brewery. Watch gorgeous sunsets at nearby Mallory Square, or check out the vivacious nightlife of world-famous Duval St, just steps away. OVERVIEW - This property does not have a full kitchen. Only a mini Fridge, Microwave, & Keurig. - Laundry: There is no on-site laundry at this property - Pets are welcome, but please let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend(s). Please note that we do have a couple of requirements in place to keep our properties in tip-top shape. - Pets are to be no more than 40 lbs. Fee Applies - We have a two-pet maximum. Getting Around Parking: please be advised that there is no designated parking at this property, however, there is a pay-for parking lot across the street and another one located at Grinnell St nearby. There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, rideshare, or by foot. As this unit is located in the Historic Seaport district in Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.
