Presenting this special and luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront Villa in Coco Plum Beach. Walk right out onto your own beach- just does not get better than this. Contemporary curved interior walls and railings and expansive floor to ceiling windows give an upscale Miami feel to the overall accommodation. The kitchen has a center island with breakfast bar . Enjoy tasteful coastal decor throughout. The main level of the villa has one bedroom, one bathroom a, living room, dining room and fully equipped chef kitchen. This living area opens out onto a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom is on the upper level of the home where guests can enjoy the deck. There are two well appointed guest bedrooms that share a bathroom. Enjoy 2 King, 2 Queen size beds, as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. 5 TV's, expanded basic cable service, DVD, small stereo and CD player.
