About this home
Four bedroom home with 40' of deep water protected dockage on the canal side and ocean views! Nicely done, new home with granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and three and a half tiled bath's. Hardwood floor coverings, lovely open area's and large porches, just a lovely home. Hi speed wireless internet service with comcast. Pool has heater ($200/wk add'l) and is 13x 28. The depth ranges from 3' to 5.5 '. There are two levels of livng area. The main level has the living, dining, kitchen and junior master suite. There is also quite a bit of covered patio's on this level. There is a king in the master bedroom with great views and it own's patio. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There are 2 queen (all have an ocean view) bedroom's (the downstairs queen is a 2nd master with it's own private bath). The 4th bedroom has a twin and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top, 4TV's and a DVD Player. The living room TV is HD with the preferred package and has 160 channels with NFL, NBA and MLB. Lovely tempered bamboo flooring. lots of french doors give it a great feel. This is a new home with upgraded kitchen and lovely furnishings. Quiet and away from it all, yet in the center of town. Well priced, well appointed with lots of parking and all the ammenities. Gas grill, bait freezer, fish cleaning table, covered porches with great views, instant ocean access.
