This four bedroom, three bathroom beachfront pool home has it all and then some! One of the few locations in the Middle Keys where you can stroll out to a natural sandy beach. The swimming pool, spa and great views of the Ocean and the beach makes this a much sought after retreat, A spacious home base for your next Keys vacation.

The screen porch is a favorite spot to kick back and relax, dine or soak in the spa The pier is not only for your boat, it is also a great fishing spot for guests! Set low to the water with no steps and charming dusk to dawn pathway lights, perfect for night fishing. 2 complimentary Kayaks are available for guest use and Sister's Creek is a great waterway to explore!, Famous Sombrero Beach is only a block away!
Enjoy tile floors throughout with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen and bathrooms and air conditioning. A lovingly cared for beach home offers a beachy comfort with lovely furnishings, decor space and linens and towels. Each bedroom has a new 32" flat screen! .
The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional charge of $200.00 per week. Please let your agent know if you would like pool heat prior to your arrival.
Bedding: 2 Masters with king size beds and private baths, one guest room with a king and the hall bath steps away and the 4th bedroom has a full size bed with a twin bunk bed overhead. This room is just a sleeping room, it has a closet and TV but is very small, a little quiet retreat for kids. Pull out couch in the living room.
