This updated villa offers 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and multiple sleeper sofa configurations. Centrally located in the gated community of Anglers Reef in Islamorada. An open balcony offers a bbq grill and outdoor bar. Each bedroom offers a private balcony to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds. A large community pool, along with two private beaches are available for your enjoyment. Property also offers two covered parking spaces and a boat slip is available for an additional fee. Instant ocean access and just a short boat ride away to the bay through Snake Creek. The living area is located downstairs with a great kitchen and half bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is a great option for families with lots of kid-friendly activities nearby. Property is equipped with bicycles and kayaks. Non-smoking only.
