Enjoy the ultimate in ocean views from the expansive rooftop deck of this 3BR/3BA Marathon luxury vacation home away from home. Enjoy sitting out on your covered patio and two-story deck and the shared pool is beautifully appointed. The location could not be better as you are situated directly across the street from the Marina in Marathon, where you can store and launch your boat for a fee. A new extra for our guests is that they will receive complimentary Club beach and pool membership.
Enjoy tile flooring flows throughout and a modern airy and bright open-concept living area, featuring exposed wood beams and tasteful touches. Stylish yet comfortable furnishings and a 46” flat-screen TV has been added for your enjoyment.
The modern, fully equipped granite kitchen is furnished with top of the line stainless steel appliances. After a fun-filled day at the beach, fire up the grill on your covered patio, and dine alfresco at the table for four. The shaded porch swing offers a private and soothing space to catch up with that novel you packed for your trip.
The upper level deck enjoys open air dining for seven, and the 700-square-foot rooftop deck with outdoor shower.is just a terrific place to take in the South Florida sunshine.
