The living area is furnished with a 60-inch flat screen Smart HDTV, which you can watch from the comfort of the plush living room furniture or the kitchen/dining areas thanks to the open living plan of the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all of the tools and utensils you will need to prepare a meal at home when taking a break from the decadent restaurant options of Key West. There is also a wet bar complete with the full bar set up for happy hour your way. The dining area has seating for 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
Through the sliding glass doors of the living area is one of the highlights of this home: the private pool area. Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, this will undoubtedly be a primary gathering place for your group. The comfortable chaise lounges can be pulled into the sun or the shade, and they sit right beside the heat-optional pool that is great for a dip on a hot day.
