Great family and friends retreat in the Lower Keys! This large home can comfortably accommodate 6+ adults and 8+ children. The interior is spacious and comfortable boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and garage space that has been turned into a bunk room. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with everything you need to prepare that fresh catch or lobster dinner. The 2nd-floor master suite has a private enclosed porch with open water views and a huge master bath. With over 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time away!
The exterior of this home is really where it’s at! And isn’t that why you come to the Keys anyway…to be outside in our beautiful year-round weather? Among the lush, tropical landscape there is a large salt-water pool, 2 tiki huts, outdoor games, grilling area, dining area, screened porch, and a huge concrete dock /sea wall with direct access to open, deep water. This home is situated amongst some of the best boating in the Lower Keys. A short ride out to the backcountry and only 1 tall bridge to the ocean!
Enjoy all the unlimited water activities the Keys has to offer like fishing, lobstering, and relaxing in the sun. Shopping is also nearby in Big Pine Key with gift shops, multiple bait & tackle shops, dive shops, the Big Pine Flea Market on weekends, and a shopping plaza hosting Winn-Dixie, Artists in Paradise, Beall’s Outlet, Radio Shack, and a branch of the Monroe County Library with Wi-Fi internet access.
Take a trip down to Key West for the daily sunset celebration or a romantic sunset cruise, it’s only a quick 31-mile trip. Or visit one of Key West’s many venues offering the finest in live entertainment and great food. Be sure to take a stroll up and down Duval Street and visit the art galleries, shops, and more!
