This beautiful home is located a mere half block to Duval Street in the historic district, so in terms of location it gets an A PLUS. Duval Square is directly across the street with restaurants, shops. This beautifully decorated residence is beautifully decorated with a living room and additional sitting area. French windows and doors overlooking the pool and a indoor/outdoor room to enjoy the tropical lifestyle of Key West.
The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with its black pencil post king bed, soft green color palette and unique bathroom with spa style and nice step-in shower. The twin bedroom sits off the living room in the front of the house. The third bedroom sits to the back of the house and feels like a second master suite with French doors to the outdoor sitting area and pool area. The second bath is located adjacent to the third bedroom and accessible to all guests. The 21' long heat optional pool features benches on each side for relaxing a little longer There is an outdoor table and nearby gas grill for outside/open air dining.
