About this home
While the inside of this luxury home is stunning it's the outside that will take your breath away. Walking outside, you will find an exterior living area with an outdoor kitchen along with a cabana and grill. A full bath is located conveniently off the outdoor pool area. Enjoy lots of outdoor lounge areas as well as top-of-the-line furnishings that flank the heated pool. The views and sunsets from this home are some of the best in the Florida Keys. Boaters will love this location as it offers close access to either the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. The deep water dock will accommodate up to a 30' boat including motors. The dock offers a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. The owner keeps their boat on the lift at the home and it is not for renter use; this does not affect the available dockage.

The home is designed with gatherings in mind and offers a floor plan with a huge living room and luxury kitchen. There is also a dining area with a gorgeous table that seats 8. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors showcase the fantastic view and a bedroom with two twin beds.
The second level of the home offers a large master suite with a privateer suite bath. The master bath offers his and her vanities, a large tub, and a stand-up shower. Walking out of the master bedroom, you will find a balcony perfect for relaxing. There are two public beaches and one state park near the home. Coco Plum is a 5-minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes away and Curry Hammock State Park is 8 minutes away from the home.
