This magnificent two-bedroom 2 two-bathroom vacation condo is a short stroll to the fabulous pool, two Hot Tubs, Charcoal BBQ Grills, Community Gazebos, Shuffleboard, Volleyball, Tennis, and Pickleball Courts. The boardwalk wraps around the community ideal for your early morning jog or a pre-dinner evening stroll. Located on the peninsula, this private, beach community offers the best of both worlds as well as easy access to the Bay and Beach. This beautiful, Gulf front condo enjoys all the comforts of home. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal for the family. The bright living room has large sliding doors opening up to the private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset and relaxing after a day playing around the large pool or building sand castles on the beach. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony a large window facing the Gulf and an en-suite bathroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. Free Wifi and free assigned parking are included. Located at the much sought-after end of our Treasure Island peninsula you will be surrounded on 3 sides by the sparkling gulf and bay waters. When visiting Treasure Island you can leave the car at home and hop on the Sun-coast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants.
