Welcome home to this beautifully designed contemporary home with breathtaking water views of the intercoastal and Gulf of Mexico. This bayfront home is located directly across the street from the white sands of Treasure Island beach. Stunning brand-new construction, open floor plan with 1 en-suite bedroom on the second level with the remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms on third level. The chef of the family will feel right at home in the modern gourmet kitchen fitted with quartz countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances and a large island for breakfast bar seating. Main level encompasses a gorgeous top of the line open-plan kitchen; dining and living room. Living room has a 60’’ tv and opens to large windows and a balcony with outdoor dining. In the backyard you’ll find another dining area, pool and grill. The primary suite is complete with a beautiful balcony, soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Enjoy water views from anywhere in this stunning new home, equal attention to detail has been given to the 2 spacious upstairs guest suites each with their own balconies with views of the water. Enough parking for up to 4 cars. Home comes with an elevator for the ease of getting to each floor. Plenty of options for shopping, boating, fishing, golf, tennis and more are available in Treasure Island and nearby St. Pete Beach. Downtown St Pete is a 15 min drive, and Tampa International Airport is no more than 40 min away. Brand new boat dock installed May of 2023. 20,000 pound dock lift available upon request with an additional security deposit. Otherwise, renters can tether their boat to the lower dock using the bumpers and cleats. Dock has seating, lights, and plumbing for the fishing cleaning station and hose to clean boat. Important Information: This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity. Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay. A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur. Pool will not be heating if the average temp for the day is below 68. Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
