This Turks & Caicos villa enjoys a premier vantage point located overlooking Chalk Sound where you can kayaks from the house and visit Iguana Island, or snorkel the coral reef at the edge of the property. Swim in your private pool, or relax on the oversized pool deck. This bright and spacious residence enjoys high vaulted ceilings and magnificent views. Boasting four large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. (Three rooms have king size beds, and one has two twins.) The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a granite topped center island with breakfast bar, and includes dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and all small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, etc. The main floor dining area has seating for eight at the extendable table. The lounge has a 42” plasma TV, a DVD player and free WiFi Internet connection The villas upper deck wraps around the house and an extensive pool deck, both of which offer shade and sun. A screened-in porch overlooking the pool offers a cool shady spot to relax. The waterside deck enjoys sunshine for most of the day. The upper deck is the ideal place to enjoy the early morning sunshine and sunrise.
