Beautiful grounds surround this gated, private home, with its large heated tiled pool, glass tiled Jacuzzi, an exterior shaded lounge area with an outdoor shower. The magnificent top floor living room enjoys glass railing and panoramic views of Chalk Sound, and lets not forget the soft contemporary furnishings ensure your vacationing comfort, the spacious living room has sliding wall to wall glass windows, allows you to bask in natural light and fresh breezes, while enjoying breathtaking views. The Villa’s kitchen/ dining area was designed with entertaining, in mind with a 55" TV, large dining table seating 12, and additional island seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen with custom-built cabinetry and quartz counters is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances.
Boasting six stunning bedrooms with the master suite, with sliding glass doors,that lead you to the beautiful balcony with magnificent views. Three additional bedrooms,are also beautifully appointed, A fifth bedroom is on the pool level with "Jack & Jill" ensuite bathrooms and the sixth bedroom, with ensuite bath and a small kitchen, is at the water level, just 20' from Chalk Sound. (Please note: bedrooms 5 & 6 have outside access only, so are best suited for older kids, teens, or adults). All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, & flatscreen TVs. Safes are available for securing your personal effects.
