About this home
This is the ideal vacation rental for a couple, a couple with children, two couples traveling together, or a family of 6 or more!
This beautifully decorated and fully renovated condominium is 986 square feet on one level which includes two bedrooms and two baths. Beds include one luxury king-size, one luxury queen-size, two twin port-a-beds, and a queen-size deluxe sofa bed. The living room features a gas-burning fireplace and the unit has three new flat screen LCD TVs, and WI-FI. New full sized stacked washer and dryer available in the unit.
The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of home, including new appliances and granite countertops. A gas BBQ is on the deck adjacent to the dining room.
We are located on the first level of a 3 story building, easy for loading and unloading your gear. Just a few steps away, you'll enjoy complimentary membership to Vail Athletic Club for workout, massage, and other premier amenities.
Just a short 5 minute walk to either the New Vail Gondola #1 or the Golden Peak high speed quad lifts and you're whisking up the mountain to summer hiking and biking or the best in winter skiing and boarding in the World on Vail Mountain's magnificent back bowls and numerous groomers. Non-Skiers can take the Lion's Head Gondola to Adventure Ridge and enjoy a plethora of activities such as tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling and snow biking to name a few.
After a day on the mountain, you can 'Shop till you drop', enjoy a scrumptious dinner at one of Vail's many fine dining destinations, or relax in an easy chair by the fireplace and look out the windows at the slopes!
