About this home
This amazing Vail ski townhome is luxurious and boasts around 3000+ square foot of living space. Widely considered one of the most incredibly upscale ski vacation townhomes in Vail. Located just across the street from the shuttle stop on the first fairway of the Vail Golf Course. Walk or shuttle to Vail Village and the Golden Peak Ski lifts.
The chef quality gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a Wolf dual fuel range with 6 burners-. The indoor BBQ is great on those snowy days when cooking indoors is the best option. ASub-Zero French door refrigerator, trash compactor, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker.
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a second washer and dryer.
Master bath has a large shower with a seat, a steam shower, bath with Jacuzzi and two sinks.
The second bedroom has a king sized bed, the third bedroom includes a twin over queen bunk bed. The second, third and 5th bedrooms share one bath and the fourth bedroom enjoys wood paneling, plush carpeting and includes a queen sized bed with its own private bathroom.
The spacious and beautiful living room includes enjoys a romantic a gas fireplace and a surround sound system. Between the kitchen and the living room is a dining room that can seat up to 12 guests. . There is also a sitting room just off the kitchen that opens up to the deck. where there is a BBQ with a table that has four chairs and an umbrella.
Just off the deck is a fun children's play area. The heated garage has a built-in bench for putting on, and taking off, shoes and ski boots and provides ample area for storing jackets, skis, and boots. The complex includes a summer pool.
