Modern 3 Bedroom House with Private Pool

Modern three-bedroom home in the buzzing, bohemian neighbourhood of Venice. With so much space both inside and out, it's perfect for family holidays and group getaways in the extraordinary city of Los Angeles.

Step inside and you’ll have a choice of two sitting rooms to unwind in and plan the next day's itinerary. The interior’s neutral, woody tones are uplifted by pops of colour, while the decor feels minimalist while still maintaining a cosy feel. Set the mood with the record player - there’s a whole host of classic vinyl to browse, with everything from Motown to punk.

The expansive patio was made for entertaining. Keep the drinks flowing at the wet bar, while a feast sizzles on the grill - soaking up the Californian sunshine with those who matter the most. The fun doesn’t have to stop once the sun goes down, either: a toasty fire pit lets you gather together with marshmallows at the ready. There’s even more outdoor space on the upper terrace, where you’ll find the outdoor heated pool and the most incredible skyline views.

When it’s time to get some rest, there’s the option of three bedrooms - all with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is the largest of the three and boasts a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a Peloton bike for fitness fans. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-sized bed.

Less than a ten-minute drive away is the bustling shore of Venice Beach, where there’s always plenty going on at any given time of the day. A little further along is the iconic Abbot Kinney Boulevard, lined with independent cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.
