The fully equipped kitchen has everything any home chef would need with all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, plateware, utensils, and cooking items. There is a breakfast bar with added seating and dining area with room for four to dine.

The guest bath is renovated and well appointed with glass enclosed walk-in shower. The full size new washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.

We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes and switches.

All of our properties have keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. We are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.
