About this home
This one level modern stylish maui vacation condo has been totally renovated and enjoys STUNNING panoramic ocean views from the open living area. Steps from Wailea's most beautiful Ulua Beach.considered one of Maui's top snorkeling and diving spots. Amenities of this lush, low-density 24-acre property include its beach front pool pavilion, fitness center, and gated access to the beach. There are two pools on the property.
Now enjoying Travertine flooring, new. Fleetwood sliding doors and windows frame magnificent ocean and outer island views, and a private backyard courtyard hosts your own BBQ and seating. In total, lanai space off the bedrooms and the courtyard spans more than 2,000 square feet, making this more of a home feel than a traditional condo.
