About this home
This spacious and bright ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath Maui vacation condo enjoys incredible and Pacific ocean views and is located in South Maui's beautiful Wailea area. This particular condo is right at the front of the complex which allows for a shorter walk to the beach shopping and dining.
This particular unit also enjoys air conditioning which is much sought after and not always available on the Maui beach area. The fully equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), washing machine and dryer has all you will need to ensure comfort during your Maui visit.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen television and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a flat screen television. The living room and kitchen area have an open floor concept with new Tommy Bahama styled furniture, a flat screen television, and a beautiful ocean view. The ocean view can even make washing dishes enjoyable!
Without questions its spaciousness and super large lanai with sun loungers and dining areas. The privacy is ideal and the Pacific Ocean views even from the kitchen sink are perfect. Just a short 10-minute walk from the condo will take you to the Shops at Wailea and after a few more moments and you will be at some of the best beach on the Island. A car is not needed when staying at this community unless you plan to explore the other parts of beautiful Maui or take that amazing road to Hana drive.
