About this home
Our family-friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will be the perfect vacation home for your stay on Maui. This corner condo boasts peek-a-boo ocean views from both patio lanais, and convenient nearby access to a highly-rated white sand beach. With a unique single-story layout and A/C throughout, this home is a one-of-a-kind on property.
Tremendous pride in ownership shows throughout this beautifully remodeled condo. 18" x 18" stone tile has been installed throughout this vacation home, providing an easy to clean elegant space. The kitchen has been upgraded to feature stone counter tops and new cabinetry, as well as an open design with plenty of counter space. This fully-equipped space is perfect for preparing and serving your very own gourmet meals at home. A large dining table for six, a breakfast bar, and a small outdoor dining table gives your family several seating options to enjoy their meals.
The living room features a sofa-bed, for additional accompanying children, or the occasional overnight guest, as well as a large wall mounted 42" HDTV.
This condo has three bedrooms without a lofted room -- a rare find at Kamaole Sands. Your master bedroom, on the north side of the building, features a comfortable king bed and attached en suite bathroom. A new flat screen TV has been installed for your entertainment. A split air-conditioning system has been installed in our home, with units in each bedroom and in the living room, for optimal guest comfort throughout the year.
The guest bedroom features a king bed and TV for your entertainment. There is a sliding door from this room to a private patio -- the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and a quiet retreat from the rest of your traveling companions. Across the hall, you'll have access to a guest bathroom that features a double-head shower.
There is a dedicated kid's room in our home! This space has a bunk bed with trundle, so up to three children can utilize the space (comparable to two twin beds and a double bed). They'll be across the hall from the master bedroom, with nearby access to the guest bathroom.
