This beautiful beach-level oceanfront villa offers a relaxing tropical getaway with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the beach. Located just steps from the sandy shoreline, the villa sits on a peaceful lawn with the ocean, beach, pool, and BBQ areas all within easy walking distance. Guests can enjoy complimentary parking and no resort fees, along with access to approximately 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, beach volleyball, and sunset music sessions at the pool bar.

The villa offers approximately 2,505 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space, including two spacious covered lanais. From the living room, guests can walk directly through the sliding glass doors to the lawn, beach, pool, and BBQ area. The private lanai offers beautiful views of the ocean and pool, while tiki torches create a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. The sandy beach is approximately 50 yards from the villa.

This spacious villa features 3 bedrooms and multiple sleeping options, making it ideal for families, couples, and groups. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while bedrooms two and three each have queen-size beds. There is also an additional queen-size sleeping area and a pull-out sofa bed with a gel memory-foam mattress in the living room. The villa provides plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably during their stay.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and is thoughtfully furnished for both short and extended vacations. Two large covered lanais feature teak dining tables, chairs, and chaise lounges, providing comfortable outdoor spaces for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing while watching the waves. During whale migration season, guests may even be able to see whales passing by from the living room, primary bedroom, or lanai.

The living room includes a 55-inch Smart TV with premium cable and complimentary 500 Mbps Wi-Fi. Central air conditioning and a dehumidifier help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Each villa also includes a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, making it convenient for families and longer stays.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and features granite countertops, a full-size Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf cooktops and ovens, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, coffee machine with permanent filter, blender, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, and a spice rack. Guests are also provided with paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and complimentary bath products.

Families traveling with children will appreciate the available baby and family-friendly equipment. The villa includes a high chair and Pack ’n Play travel crib/playpen for babies up to 36 inches. Guests should bring their own crib linens. A booster seat and bed rails are also available upon request. All standard bed linens, bath towels, and other necessary linens are provided.

Two beach lockers are included and stocked with equipment for enjoying the beach. The combined equipment includes 6 boogie boards, 16 sets of snorkel gear with both adult and children's sizes, children's sand and pool toys, 10 beach chairs, 2 volleyballs, 2 footballs, 4 Frisbees, 4 beach umbrellas, and 2 wheeled ice chests. Guests can enjoy the beach without having to bring or rent a large amount of equipment.

Additional activities and amenities are available nearby, including restaurants and bars, tennis courts, pickleball courts, two PGA/LPGA golf courses, surfing lessons and board rentals, stand-up paddleboard rentals and tours, helicopter tours, horseback riding, e-bike rentals, fitness facilities, and fitness classes. Many activities are available for an additional fee, while hiking and biking trails, beach access, beach volleyball, and the Ocean Villas heated pool and Jacuzzi are available to guests according to current property policies.
