About this home
Set against the dramatic scenery of Makaha Valley, this two-story vacation home offers a relaxed West Oahu setting for families and groups seeking room to gather, recharge, and explore the island. Ocean-view surroundings, mountain scenery, and a peaceful hillside location create a memorable backdrop, while Makaha Beach is only a short drive away.
Inside, the open floor plan gives the main living areas an airy, connected feel. High ceilings and carefully chosen furnishings make the home inviting for quiet mornings, casual conversation, or settling in after a day by the water. Smart TVs are available throughout the home, including the bedrooms, and split air conditioning is available in every room for added comfort.
The full kitchen is designed for group stays, with stone counters, a kitchen island, and an open layout that keeps the cook connected to the dining and living spaces. A dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, cookware, and tableware support everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners.
The primary suite includes a king bed, mountain views, a Smart TV, and air conditioning. Its bathroom includes double vanity sinks and a tiled shower, while a walk-in closet adds useful space for longer stays. The room offers a comfortable private retreat within the home.
Two additional upstairs bedrooms provide a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another. These spaces are well suited to a mix of couples, children, and friends traveling together. A separate attached studio expands the layout with its own private entrance, queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, cable TV, and split air conditioning.
Three full bathrooms and a downstairs half bathroom help the home function smoothly for groups. The primary bathroom includes double vanity sinks and a tiled shower, while the studio bathroom includes a shower and tub combination. The additional full bathroom upstairs and the half bathroom downstairs provide practical convenience across both levels.
Outdoor time is part of the experience here. Eco-friendly landscaping surrounds the home, and the patio offers exterior seating and a BBQ grill for open-air meals. On-site parking accommodates several vehicles, making it easier for groups planning beach days and island outings.
Shared recreation amenities are within a short walk of the home. Spend time in the swimming pool, relax in the hot tub, or keep up an active routine in the fitness room. Beach chairs, a boogie board, and a cooler are also available for days spent along the coast.
Makaha Beach is known for surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving when conditions are calm. The wider leeward coast offers white-sand beaches, mountain trails, scenic drives, and golf nearby. Makaha Valley Country Club and Kaena Point State Park offer additional ways to experience West Oahu’s striking landscapes.
With four sleeping areas, open gathering spaces, a separate studio, outdoor dining, and access to pool and fitness amenities, this Makaha Valley home offers a flexible base for discovering a quieter side of Oahu.
