This new two bedrooms 2 bath vacation condo offers a courtyard view and spacious accommodations, with king beds in each room, and a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need for entertaining and cooking during your stay.

Resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is scheduled to open in 2020.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities that include the waterfront beach club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.
