Presenting this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation condo located in Holmes Beach and is only steps from the sparkling gulf waters and white sandy beaches. Large windows flood the property with light and a screened-in balcony offers an extended living and gathering space. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys an eat-in breakfast nook that overlooks the heated pool making it the perfect place for a restful vacation.
A truly wonderful family-friendly community with a swimming pool, grilling area with picnic tables, and a huge rooftop terrace to watch the sunset.
One of only four accomodations in the building with an abundance of natural light and an open and spacious feel, the living room/TV room is beautifully decorated with a coastal feel and has sliding doors to the glass-enclosed balcony. Enjoy WiFi throughout the unit. Right off the kitchen is a large dining table. The fully equipped has everything you will need to prepare the family dinner or a quick snack. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
