After a fun day out on your boat (dock accommodates up to a 30' boat with no height restrictions) or jet skis, you can enjoy many comforts at this home. Relax with a drink on the boat dock, take a dip in the heated pool, sit at the tiki bar or lounge in the outdoor seating and dining areas. The backyard, surrounded by palm trees, is perfect for tanning or unwinding in the spa after a beach day, jet skiing, or fishing. There's even a grill for cooking outside!
This renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an island for casual dining or a table that seats six. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Another bedroom also has an ensuite. The spacious living room is great for kicking back after a fishing trip.
