Welcome to this fully remodeled three-bedroom, three-bathroom ground-level cottage located in the City of Anna Maria. This home offers an open floor plan with a spacious living area, kitchen, and dining room. The living room features ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, and there is a sleeper sofa available. The high-end kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, including an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table. The cottage has two ensuite king bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds, accommodating up to 8 guests.
The exterior of the cottage features a private pool and spa, along with a 278 sq ft. screened-in patio. The property is pet-friendly and located just 0.1 miles from bay access and 0.7 miles from beach access.
During your stay, you can enjoy the amenities of the backyard, including the brand-new large saltwater pool with heating/cooling capabilities year-round. Please note that pool heaters are locked for safety and controlled by the pool company. The pool heaters will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. Weather conditions can affect the pool temperature, and outdoor spas require heat at an additional cost. In the event of pool equipment malfunction, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. Parking for three vehicles is available for guests.
