Located on one of Anna Maria's scenic canals, this rental is just a quick 2-block walk to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our charming single-floor home boasts wood-beamed ceilings and oversized windows, filling the interior with natural light. The living and dining room combo leads to a screened and furnished lanai, complete with a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. One guest room offers two queen beds, while the final guest room, accessed from the outside through a private screened lanai, includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodations are available on the twin-sized daybed in the living room. Each bedroom includes a TV, along with crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. The backyard highlights a sparkling heated pool and spa, pool loungers, and an outdoor shower. A gas grill and an outdoor patio dining table for four make al fresco dining a delightful option. Bring the boat! The 65 ft dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 ft. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the dock while fishing or simply enjoying nature. Be prepared to see a variety of native Florida birds and possibly a dolphin or manatee. The rental is within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants and less than a block from the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7-mile island.
