This is a great value one bedroom, one bathroom remodeled cottage on the the quiet North End of Anna Maria. Out door patio, ceramic tile throughout, and granite countertops. The allure of the Gulf of Mexico Beach just 250 steps away. A back yard dock on Lake LaVista Bayou with a patio table, umbrella, and slingback chairs. Three single and two double kayaks are available for guest use. Launch the provided kayaks right from the dock or choose to bring your own vessel to explore the bayou, bay, or gulf waters.
The bedroom features a Queen Bed, cable with 43" HDTV and Blu-Ray Disc Player. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. Cable with 55" curved 4K HDTV, Blu-Ray Disc Player, Phone with Long Distance to US/Canada included, High-Speed wireless internet, Washer/Dryer, A/C, and Dock (height restrictions for some boats).
