This is a brand new 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom luxury bayfront property that sweeping views from so many areas in the house. So many fun options for everyone- very close to the beach, Gulf and Bay water views, brand new pool with spa, rooftop deck with amazing Gulf sunset views, new dock, numerous porches on both sides of the home, beach accessories, and wagon. A new boat dock was installed. This home is truly high-end throughout. It has 2 full kitchens, one on the ground level by the pool in the ground level living space as well as the primary gourmet kitchen on the 3rd level with fantastic views of the bay water. The ground level also has a full bathroom and living area with a large TV, as well as a laundry room. The mid-level master faces the Bay water with a large private balcony and a fantastic size bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level as well- and all 5 bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms. The upper (3rd) level has a bay view living room with a large porch, main kitchen, and full wet bar area with a fridge at the entrance door to go to the rooftop deck- so convenient to refresh those sunset cocktails!! There is a half bath, 2nd washer/dryer closet, and 2 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms on this level as well. This luxury home is truly high-end throughout. The ground level has 1 full bathroom and queen sleeper sofa. The mid-level has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and the Master Bathroom has walk in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Full Over Full Bunk Bed and the Bathroom has a tub/shower. The 3rd Bedroom has a King sized bed and the Bathroom has a walk in shower. The Upper 3rd level has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both the 4th and 5th Bedrooms have a king size beds and bathrooms with walk in showers - 1 additional guest bathroom is on this level. Exterior Enjoy being both directly on the Bay waters and minutes from the Gulf beaches!! If interested in bringing a boat, this property has a brand new dock! Our pools are heated during the months of November through April at no additional charge to our guests. We do not heat the pools during the warmer months of May through October. If you are renting between November and April and you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact us at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Southwest Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. When the weather gets warmer and the pumps are able to re-engage, please be mindful that re-heating of the pool back to 82 degrees may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen from time to time. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool companies. For your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with -most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs. Please be aware that there are no refunds based on acts of god. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, however will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible!
