About this home
This property is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath home with a private heated pool and spa updated in 2021. This private home is located on the sought-after north end of Anna Maria Island and only a short casual walk to the white sandy beaches and brand new fishing pier. The kitchen, living area, and dining area all share an open floor plan that makes it easy to enjoy the company of all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, while the dining area has a large table with seating for 8. This home features two separate living areas both complete with flat-screen TVs and comfortable seating for all to relax after a long day in the sun. The oversized master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen T.V., sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, and ensuite bathroom which features a large walk-in shower complete with soak tub and his and her sinks. The second bedroom features a king-size bed while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and twin/twin bunkbeds, both complete with flat-screen TV’s. This home has a full-size washer/dryer and WiFi throughout for use during your stay. Outside you can enjoy the beautiful views and fresh breeze from the front balcony. But, don’t forget about the amazing, outdoor tropical oasis that features a putting green, corn hole, hammock, and last but certainly not least a private heated pool & spa complete with tanning pad, swim-up tables, and built-in fire pit! Attached to the pool area is an under truss lanai which has an outdoor table, seating area, two flat-screen TVs, a ping pong table, and an outdoor kitchen area complete with a BBQ grill. The best part is your just a short walk from the popular Pine Ave where you will find restaurants and shopping.
