About this home
This luxury townhouse is part of a gated community, an exclusive Bahamas retreat with a range of amenities from oceanfront pools and cabanas to a full-service deep-water marina. Reserve this well-appointed four-bedroom property for a tropical escape with friends or a relaxed island holiday with family.
This stunning vacation rental also has its own private outdoor living spaces for lounging or entertaining, featuring sitting and dining areas, a barbecue and an al-fresco shower only steps from the beach.
The villa’s 2,000 square feet of living space in building 3 are centered around an open-plan great room with a dining area at the front, a fully equipped kitchen in the middle and a sitting area that opens to the terrace closest to the beach. Watery hues are a nod to the ocean just outside, while modern furnishings keep the look fresh.
From the villa’s seaside setting, it’s only a 15-minute drive to the nearest shopping, dining and nightlife. Avid golfers won’t want to miss the chance to play a round on the Ocean Club course, 25 minutes away, during their stay in Nassau and Paradise Island. When it’s time to leave, the international airport is only 35 minutes away—meaning you can keep your toes in the sand almost right up until your flight.
