Experience one of the most stunning views along Highway 30A from the veranda of Beach Haven in The Bridges at Watersound Beach. A panorama encompassing enormous sugar sand dunes, miles of emerald green water and tranquil Camp Creek Lake is visible from virtually every room of this gulf-front gem.
Creamy white walls, knotty pine floors, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a mood of understated luxury. The living area is centrally located, with a wall of glass in both living and dining areas inviting the outdoors in. The living room is furnished with a sofa, pair of chairs and a 32” flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. The dining area seats 8, and 3 more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen boasts warm cabinets, black granite countertops and stainless appliances, including Viking range. Behind the kitchen, a laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer, plus oversize sink. A half bath is conveniently located off the foyer entry.
The split floorplan assures privacy. To one side is the master, with a wall of gulf-facing windows, plus veranda access. A king bed with two seagrass chairs, TV and gulf views. The bath has a large travertine shower with body jets, deep jetted tub, wide dual vanity and two large walk-in closets.
To the other side are two additional bedrooms, plus office nook. The queen bedroom enjoys a wall of gulf-facing windows, plus balcony access. The private bath has a combination tub/shower plus single granite-topped vanity. The twin bedroom’s private bath is divided into private bathing area and separate vanity area. An alcove between the two bedrooms houses a built-in desk with wifi and bookcase stocked with board games.
Enjoy the many amenities of WaterSound Beach, including free use of The Bridges community pool and Dunesider pool. Included in your stay, you will receive free beach chair service (seasonal) and two adult bikes.
