About this home
Presenting this Sea Crest beachfront retreat located off Scenic Highway 30A, near shopping and dining, and situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico tucked away in a private, gated community with a private pool.
Enjoy five bedrooms and four and a half baths that can collectively accommodate up to twenty-one. Tastefully decorated and with beautiful interior finishes, rooms are bright and cheerful with plenty of space for everyone. The ground level, with three full bedrooms, accommodates 11 guests comfortably. The first bedroom sleeps three and features a twin over full bunk bed, the second bedroom houses two twin bunk beds, and the last bedroom features a king-sized bed. You’ll also find a wet bar and wine cooler for quick access to cool refreshments.
The open-concept area includes a wraparound kitchen counter with bar stools, a beautiful dining table with seating for six, and newly upholstered sofas and chairs in the living room. Take in gorgeous views of the Gulf from the interior or out on the second-story balcony with a propane grill and outdoor seating, a lovely place to gather at day’s end!
The third story houses the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a gorgeous master bath with jetted garden tub. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the private balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico just outside your bedroom door!
