It has the unique distinction of being an end unit placement on the second floor, which provides stunning views. An elevator gives you convenient access for the ease of comings and goings. The interior have a distinctively upscale look with an eye towards comfort. The fashionable furnishings are a rich blend of contemporary styling and classic traditional décor. Colorful, beautiful artwork tastefully adorns the walls and custom cabinetry in the main living area contains more decorative art and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. The Great Room that comprises the bright living and dining areas has two walls of windows providing sunny southern and westerly exposures. Two couches, one of which doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa if need be, are richly accented by two burgundy and white zigzag patterned fabric armchairs. Sliding glass doors lead out to the breezy balcony where you may soak in the sensational sparkling views of the glorious gulf while listening to the soothing surf. A round glass topped dining table on the other side of the room next to sunny windows has four high back chairs that share these outdoor views. Raised decorative metal chairs nearby face the angled counter bar and open ample kitchen. All three bedrooms have access to a full bathroom and two of them are en suite. The spacious Master Bedroom has an angled window and separate sliding glass doors that lead out to the beachfront balcony. Here you may awake in the morning in your king sized bed and see the glistening gulf while watching an early program on the flat screen TV as you plan your day. One of the large Guest Rooms also has a comfortable king sized bed, is richly appointed with an Oriental Rug, adorned with lovely artwork, has a flat scene TV and a corner nook with a desk beside two window walls. The other Guest Room has a decorative metal-framed queen sized bed, a flat screen TV and is colored in soothing light earth tones. Including the Sleeper Sofa in the main living area, this gracious vacation rental can sleep up to eight guests. Tranquility on the Beach also has a seasonally heated private community pool that sits high upon the sugary dune. You may enjoy freshwater refreshment in the sparkling pool before or after luxuriating in the luminescent waters of the jewel-toned gulf. This Seacrest Beach location on Scenic 30A places you only a handful of minutes away from Rosemary Beach, which offers an abundance of restaurants, friendly, laid back bars, fun seasonal festivals, free musical concerts, specialty boutiques and interesting galleries.
