About this home
You have just stepped into paradise in this beautiful sound side beach home in a gated community. This home has high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, tropical wall colors throughout. Well stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Extra seating with bar stools that surround the oversized counter as you sit to surf the web or grab a quick meal.
Open concept kitchen and separate dining room space where you'll find a large wood dining table for seating of 8 with walk out balcony with views of the Sound Side private sandy beach. The living space is designed for comfort. A leather couch and loveseat makes for an enjoyable evening where you can enjoy the large flat screen TV, internet.
Large walkout balcony to relax view the evening sunsets. There is a half bath on the main floor with Two bedrooms include a King Master Suite with a full bathroom. Bunk room features a full size and a pull out twin trundle with private full bath. Sleeps 12-14.
Three bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms. King Master Suite with large bathroom, tiled glass shower, separate free standing tub, double vanity sink, large closet. Looking out the window from this room you have views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with attached full bathroom.
Third bedroom bunk room features a 2- full beds and 1- twin pull out trundle bed.
The first level of the home is perfect for storing bikes, beach toys, charcoal grill, and your sandy flip-flops.
