A magnificent 4-bedroom Seacrest Beach home boasts gorgeous balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and just a few steps to the neighborhood pool and 2 minutes to the beach access. On the first floor you'll find 2 of the 4 Bedrooms as well as the laundry area. Take the stairs up to the 2nd floor and you'll find the main open concept living area. The modern kitchen opens to the entertaining and dining space. The third bedroom is on the main level and bedroom #4, another king master suite with more beautiful Gulf views. Take a short stroll to the sugar white sand beach, relax by the community pool or take a ride down the scenic 30A bike path and discover amazing restaurants.
