The first floor serves as an entertainment hub, where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area and living areas, creating an ideal gathering space. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient island that offers seating for five guests. The dining area features a spacious table with seating for eight, while the round table by the wet bar provides four additional seats—a cozy spot for sipping cocktails or enjoying a relaxed breakfast. One of the highlights of this home is the seamless transition from the kitchen area to the outdoor oasis. It's the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the beach or simply relax and soak up the sunshine.
