The home’s private pool, accessible from beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, invites you to relax in style, with pool heating available from October to May. Inside, the heart of the home is the second-floor gourmet kitchen, a chef's dream equipped with Subzero and Wolf appliances, a gas range, and marble countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining and living areas are perfect for gathering, featuring box beam ceilings and a convenient wet bar with a wine fridge and ice maker. The second floor also houses the primary bedroom, complete with a private balcony, soaking tub, and luxurious shower.
