Welcome to this Gulf-view 18-bedroom, 18.5-bathroom Miramar Beach home, accommodating up to 44 guests. With a private pool, game room, theater room, elevator, and mere steps away from public beach access, guests will revel in the ultimate vacation experience. Perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions, and wedding parties.
Spread across four stories, this home offers ample space for guests to relax and unwind. On the first floor, guests can choose from 5 bedrooms with easy access to the fenced backyard. All bedrooms feature TVs and private bathrooms, except for one that opens to the pool area. Outside, a large pool with a sitting spa awaits, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a bench swing, an outdoor table, and a gas grill.
The second floor boasts a spacious kitchen, living area, 4 bedrooms, and balconies.
