With 17 bathrooms, including four half baths, the property is well-equipped to handle large gatherings.

The outdoor living spaces are a highlight of this Miramar Beach vacation rental. A resort-style pool with tanning shelf and spa serves as the centerpiece, surrounded by 20 lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables, and a natural gas firepit. The expansive pool deck and adjoining event lawn provide the perfect setting for ceremonies, receptions, and corporate gatherings.

The entertainment pavilion anchors the outdoor event space, offering a shaded structure with a grill, refrigerator, ice maker, sink, and large flat-screen TV. With seating for ten and a half bathroom, it is ideal for rehearsal dinners, catered receptions, or retreat programming. This versatile space enhances the estate’s ability to host multi-day events with ease.

Inside, guests will find infrastructure designed for extended stays and large groups. Multiple living areas, a dedicated game room with bar and pool table, and five stand-alone ice makers ensure convenience. Six sets of washers and dryers make the estate practical for wedding weekends, retreats, and family reunions.

The property is purpose-built for events, offering seamless flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The symmetry of the pool deck and pavilion creates a dramatic backdrop for evening celebrations, while the event lawn provides additional space for tented receptions or wellness retreats.
