Welcome to this charming vacation home on the Gulf with 50 feet of private beach! Enjoy stunning Gulf views from every corner of this house.
Located on the eastern side of 30A, it's less than a mile from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, two of the most popular spots in the area.
The house sleeps 16 people with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Plus, you get 6 YOLO bikes to explore the area!
Spend your days on the beach and then grill out by the sea for a perfect day. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach in the desirable Seagrove/Seacrest area. You can walk or bike to Alys and Rosemary Beaches for great shopping and dining.
Staying on the beach is super convenient, especially with kids. It's easy to pop back for lunch or a nap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quartzite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee machine, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats 8 inside and another outside. Doors open to a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. HD smart TVs are in the living room and in every bedroom.
