The custom kitchen, with its prep island, breakfast nook, and dining area, is perfect for gathering over meals. The comfortable living room, with ample seating and a 60" Smart HDTV, opens directly onto the side porch and pool deck, making it easy to enjoy the private swimming pool. This floor also features a spacious king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, ideal for senior family members. Additionally, there’s a fully equipped laundry room with a new Speed Queen washer and dryer, an extra fridge and freezer, and a mudroom designed for handling sandy beach clothes and shoes.
