About this home
This jaw-dropping three level gulf front luxury vacation home boasts the ultimate water views ad enjoys five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four lovely updated bathrooms. The home enjoys a private elevator providing all floor access. (In a rare incident should the elevator for any reason be out of service all guests must be able to traverse stairs).
On the first floor, you can cook out on the grill and relax next to your private splash pool. The second floor is home to the spacious and beautifully decorated living area with a large flat-screen TV and tasteful comfortable furnishings. The living area extends out to the spacious second-floor balcony and the beautiful kitchen and a spacious dining area blend the living areas seamlessly. The third floor features two additional bedrooms. One is a plush king bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The second is the opulent master bedroom suite which features a flat-screen TV, large private bathroom, and spacious private balcony with the best view in the house!
Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests will also enjoy access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have exclusive access. This home is also within walking distance of shopping and dining.
