This four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home is in the gated community of Frangista Beach, which features a sparkling pool and charming cobblestone roads -- all within a half-mile walk of the Gulf.
Hop on the provided bikes and cruise Scenic Gulf Drive. Then spend a relaxing day at the beach, lounging on the sugar-white sand and taking refreshing dips in the emerald-green waters; your community provides private Gulf access.
Close to a hub of activity, you’ll also enjoy quick access to water-sports, boat rentals, fishing charters, and world-class golf as well as superb dining and shopping.
Serving as the main social hub, the first-floor living area offers a pair of sofas and two recliners. Kick back and watch a film on the 65” smart TV with Blu-ray.
The sleek modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four, and serve up family meals at the six-seat dining table.
